Destinations
We ship within Italy and to the international destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address to check availability before payment.

Costs and methods
Shipping methods and costs are calculated and shown at checkout according to the destination and order. No additional shipping charge is added after the order is confirmed.

Processing and delivery
Orders are carefully prepared on business days. Delivery times shown at checkout or in the order confirmation are estimates and may vary due to destination, holidays, customs checks or carrier delays.

Tracking
When your order is handed to the postal service or courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code or link when tracking is available.

Delivery address

Damaged parcels
If the parcel is visibly damaged or there is a problem with its contents, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

Customs duties
